As a DaVita Kidney Care employee, you really don't fully understand the impact that transportation has on our patients until you see it on a daily basis. Vital Link is always treating our patients like their own family... they REALLY know them as the People they are instead of just another number!.. The attention to detail like recognizing birthdays and celebrating other holidays with patients is what really sets Vital Link apart from the other mundane companies. I wouldn't want my loved ones with anyone else but Vital Link!

"There aren't enough positive words to express how "vital" Vital Links Transportation has been to my family and I. My mother has been very ill for the past 2 years and being a full-time student in another state doesn't make it any better considering it's only me and my sister who cares for her.
